The staff at Secrets Cap Cana help the local community by donating to children to aid in development and education, participating in internship and training programs for Hospitality and Tourism students from local universities and hiring locally. More than 75% of hotel employees come from provinces in the area and 35% come from the same city where the hotel is located.
