What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and can be requested.

What activities and entertainment are available?

Activities include beach volleyball, tennis, yoga, water sports, movies on the beach and golf. The resort also features nightly entertainment and theme parties. See Activities page for more.

What transportation options are available to and from the airport?

The resort can arrange private transfers. Additionally, taxis and other transportation services are available from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, which is about 15 minutes away. Guests are responsible for transportation costs to and from the resort.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

Yes, small dogs under 22 lbs (10 kg) are welcome in specific room categories for an additional fee. Guests should contact the resort directly to confirm availability and room category.
