DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

All services are by reservation, subject to availability.
It is recommended that you book as far in advance as possible to guarantee the service you request.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR SPA SERVICES?

All services must be paid for when the services are contracted. The method of payment will be a charge to your room account. Cash is not accepted.
All prices include IGIC.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend that you go downstairs changed from your room with your bathing suit, bathrobe and slippers.
Please leave all your personal belongings in the room.
For security reasons, bags and mobile phones are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

In case of no-show or cancellation outside of the 12 hours prior to the appointment, the company reserves the right to charge the full amount of the treatment or programme. If, for any reason, the client decides to interrupt their stay or the programme requested, no refund will be made.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SHARE SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS?

Please let us know at the time of booking the treatment if you have any condition or situation that should require special care, especially if you are pregnant.
Our qualified staff will advise you on the most suitable type of treatment for your current state of health, which is informative and educational but not optional.
Gentlemen's facial treatments: we recommend that you do not shave at least 2 hours before the contracted treatment.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE SPA?

To allow adequate time to relax and complete the health questionnaire, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to make up for lost time and your service may be reduced or even cancelled with a full charge for the cost of the service.
WHAT IS YOUR MOBILE PHONE POLICY?

In order to maintain a calm and quiet environment, mobile phones, tablets, cameras or video cameras are not allowed in the spa room.
