What amenities are included in the Unlimited-Luxury® package?

Unlimited-Luxury® includes limitless access to gourmet dining, top-shelf spirits, 24-hour room service, pool and beach wait service, daily refreshed mini-bar and more, with no wristbands required.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Is there a dress code for the restaurants?

Yes, dress codes vary by restaurant. See the Dining page for more details. Casual Elegance is required for dinner at most restaurants, meaning long pants and collared shirts for men and no flip-flops.

Are spa services available at the resort?

Yes, the Secrets Spa offers a range of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and a full-service beauty salon.

What activities and entertainment are available?

Activities include yoga, beach volleyball, wine tastings, mixology classes, dance lessons, snorkeling, water aerobics and more. Live nightly entertainment is also provided. See the Activities page for details.

What are the pool hours and facilities?

The resort features three expansive infinity pools and an outdoor hot tub. Pool hours and facilities may vary.

Is there a shuttle service available from the airport?

Private transfer services can be arranged through the concierge. Shuttle services to local attractions and golf courses are also available. Guests are responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the resort.
